Damnit!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BPs:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 x 8 x 125 lbs&lt;br /&gt;1 x 7 x 125 lbs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tried to do bicep curls after that, but was too tired.  Overall, a so-so workout; too bad about the hip.</description>
